3. M.Paconius, a legatus of Silanus, proconsul of Asia, was one of his accusers in A. D. 22. Paconius was afterwards put to death by Tiberius on a charge of treason. He was the father of Paconius Agrippinus. (Tac. Ann. 3.67; Suet. Tib. 61.)
