(Ὀνάσιμος), son of Apsines, was an historian, or rather a sophist, of Cyprus or Sparta, in the time of the emperor Constantine the Great. He wrote many works, some of which, bearing on the art of rhetoric, are enumerated by Suidas. (Suid. s.vv. Ἀψίνης, Ὀνάσιμος.)
