a Latin writer, who appears to have written a work entitled Fasti, of which the second book is quoted by Macrobius (Saturn. 1.16). As Licinianus in his work spoke of a sacrifice offered by the Flaminica, he is probably the same person as the Granius cited by Festus (s. v. Ricae), to explain the meaning of the word Ricae.
