(Ἱππομέδων), a son of Aristomachus, or, according to Sophocles, of Talaus, was one of the Seven against Thebes, where he was slain during the siege by Hyperbius or Ismarus. (Aeschyl. Sept. 490; Soph. Oed. Col. 1318; Apollod. 3.6.3.)
