3. Very probably the same as the preceding, the author of a work on poets, from the fifth book of which (Περὶ κιθαρῳδῶν), and from another book of it (Περὶ τῶν τραγῳδοποιῶν), there are quotations. (Athen. 14.635f.; Apost. Prov. 11.41; Suidas, s. v. Ἀναγυράσιος) Perhaps he is the same person as the author of a commentary on the Ἀσπίς of Hesiod. (Fabric. Bibl. Graec. vol. i. p. 582.)
