6. A son of the preceding, was one of the Carthaginian officers at Lilybaeum during the siege of that city by the Romans. He was employed by the general, Himileo, to treat with the disaffected Gaulish mercenaries, and succeeded in inducing them to remain faithful. (Polyb. i 43.)
