  1. ἐλαττούμενος καρδίᾳ διανοεῖται ταῦτα,
  2. καὶ ἀνὴρ ἄφρων καὶ πλανώμενος διανοεῖται μαωρά.
  1. ʼAκουσόν μου, τέκνον, καὶ μάθε ἐπιστήμην,
  2. καὶ ἐπὶ τῶν λόγων μου πρόσεχε τῇ καρδίᾳ σου·
  1. ἐκφαίνω ἐν σταθμῷ παιδείαν,
  2. καὶ ἐν ἀκριβείᾳ ἀπαγγέλλω ἐπιστήμην.
  1. ἐν κρίσει Κυρίου τὰ ἔργα αὐτοῦ ἀπʼ ἀρχῆς,
  2. καὶ ἀπὸ ποιήσεως αὐτῶν διέστελλεν μερίδας αὐτῶν·
  1. ἐκόσμησεν εἰς αἰῶνα τὰ ἔργα αὐτοῦ,
  2. καὶ τὰς ἀρχὰς αὐτῶν εἰς γενεὰς αὐτῶν·
  3. τοὕτη ἐπείυασαν οὔτη ἐκοπίασαν,
  4. καὶ οὐκ ἐξέλιπον ἀπὸ τῶν ἔργων αὐτῶν·
  1. ἕκαστος τὸν πλησίον αὐτοῦ οὐκ ἔθλιψεν,
  2. καὶ ἕως αἰῶνος (29)οὐκ ἀπειθήσουσιν τοῦ ῥήματος αὐτοῦ.
  1. καὶ μετὰ ταῦτα Κύριος εἰς τὴν γῆν ἐπέβλεψεν
  2. καὶ ἐνέπλησεν αὐτὴν τῶν ἀγαθῶν αὐτοῦψυχὴν
  1. παντὸς ζῴου ἐκάλυψεν τὸ πρόσωπον αὐτῆς,
  2. καὶ εἰς αὐτὴν ἡ ἀποστροφὴ αὐτῶν.
