       29.5</bibl>) to have given some attention to the study of eloquence, and to have founded a
      new sect. Haller (<hi rend="ital">Bibl. Medic. Pract.</hi> vol. i.) and Sprengel (<hi rend="ital">Hist. de la Méd.</hi> vol. ii.) state that he was one of the followers of
