C. 328</date>, with
      C. Plautius, according to the Fasti. Livy (<bibl n="Liv. 8.22">8.22</bibl>), however, calls
      him P. Cornelius Scapula. In <date when-custom="-306">B. C. 306</date> he was appointed dictator,
      for the purpose of holding the consular comitia, and in the following year he is spoken of as
