R. 10.58</bibl>, <bibl n="Dionys. A. R. 11.23">11.23</bibl>). Dionysius (<bibl n="Dionys. A. R. 10.58">10.58</bibl>) calls him a patrician,
      whereas he speaks of the other Rabuleius [No. 1] as a plebeian. As no other persons of this
      name are mentioned by ancient writers, we have no means for determining whether the gens was
