       <date when-custom="-208">B. C. 208</date> he was left together with Menippus in the Peloponnese to
      support the Achaeans with a force of 2500 men; and the following year (<date when-custom="-207">B.
       C. 207</date>) was sent with a small force to the assistance of the Boeotians and Phocians.
