      <hi rend="smallcaps">CN. N.</hi> (<hi rend="ital">Fasti Capit.</hi>), the son of No. 6, was
      consul <date when-custom="-75">B. C. 75</date> with C. Aurelius Cotta. He died in <date when-custom="-74">B. C. 74</date>, as proconsul of Cilicia, and was succeeded in the command of the province
