       <hi rend="ital">Mithridat.</hi> 95.) He is probably the Tib. Nero mentioned by Sallust (<hi rend="ital">Bell. Cat.</hi> 50) and by Appian (<bibl n="App. BC 2.1.5">App. BC 2.5</bibl>),
      who recommended that the members of the conspiracy of Catiline, who had been seized, should be
