1. Q.Labienus, the uncle of T. Labienus [No. 2], joined Saturninus when he seized the capitol in B. C. 100, and perished along with the other conspirators on that occasion. It was under the pretence of avenging his death that his nephew accused Rabirius of the crime of perduellio. (Cic. pro Rabir. 5, 7.)
