      instigation, who envied the beauty, dreaded the influence, and resented the haughtiness of

      Lnvilla, and Livia (<bibl n="Suet. Cal. 7">Suet. Cal. 7</bibl>, Oudendorp's note ad loc.).
      Josephus (<bibl n="J. AJ 19.4.3">J. AJ 19.4.3</bibl>) makes Julia to have married M.
