      expressly mentioned, namely, " Neaera." Vulcatius Sedigitus assigned him the fourth place in
      the list of Latin comic poets. (Festus, <hi rend="ital">s. vv. Imbrex, Obstitum;</hi>
      <bibl n="Gel. 13.22">Gel. 13.22</bibl>, <bibl n="Gel. 15.24">15.24</bibl>.) Vossius
      conjectured (<hi rend="ital">De Poetis Latinis,</hi> p. 5) that this Licinius Imbrex is the
      same as the Licinius Tegula mentioned by Livy [<hi rend="smallcaps">TEGULA</hi>], because
      imbrex is a species of tegula, but Festus gives the praenomen of Caius to the former, and Livy
