      concerning homicides and those who take refuge in sanctuaries, to <hi rend="ital">Constantinus</hi> Ducas (reigned <date when-custom="1059">A. D. 1059</date>-<date when-custom="1067">1067</date>), not <hi rend="ital">Michael</hi> Ducas, as stated by Bach and by Pohl (<hi rend="ital">ad Suares. Notit. Basil.</hi> p. 140. n. <foreign xml:lang="grc">ζ</foreign>;
       <hi rend="ital">Basil.</hi> ed. Fabrot. vol. vii. p. 693.) He also wrote a treatise
      concerning actions in alphabetical order, in which arrangement he was afterwards imitated by
