He was aedile of the
      plebs in <date when-custom="-202">B. C. 202</date>, when the plebeian games in the Flaminian Circus
      were thrice repeated. Fullo was Praetor Urbanus in <date when-custom="-196">B. C. 196</date>, and
      afterwards commissioner under a plebiscite of Q. Aelius Tubero, for establishing a Latin
      colony in the district of Thurii, <date when-custom="-194">B. C. 194</date>.
