(Εὐρύστερνος), that is, the goddess with a broad chest, is a surname of Ge (Hes. Th. 117), under which she had a sanctuary on the Crathis near Aegae in Achaia, with a very ancient statue. (Paus. 7.25.8, 5.14.8.)
