      Orchomenus and brother of Clymenus and Amphidicus (Steph. Byz. <hi rend="ital">s. v.</hi>
       (<foreign xml:lang="grc">Ἀσπληδών</foreign>), or a son of Presbon and Sterope. (<bibl n="Eustath. ad Hom. p. 272">Eustath. ad Hom. p. 272</bibl>.) He was regarded as the founder
