Τίτος, one of the two supernumerary tyrants added by Trebellius Pollio to his list of the Thirty [see AUREOLUS]. He is said to have maintained his pretensions to the throne for a few days during the reign of Maximinus, and to have been put to death by the very soldiers who had forced the purple on his acceptance. There can be little doubt that he is the same person who is called Tycus by Capitolinus (Maximin. duo, 100.11), and Quartinus by Herodian. [QUARTINUS.]
