one of Cicero's enemies, and described by him as "homo teter et ferus" (Cic. ad Q. Fr. 2.13, comnp. ad Fam. 8.12). He is the same as the person called simply Servius in another passage (ad Q. Fr. 2.6), and is supposed by Pighius to be the same as the Servius, who was condemned in B. C. 51, when he was tribune of the plebs elect (ad Fam. 8.4).
