10. PECTORATUS or STETHATUS (Στηθατός), (Sterno), a monk of Constantinople, lived in the middle of the 11th century, and became known through his violent opposition to the union of the two churches, and his attacks upon Cardinal Humbertus and the other legates of the Pope at Constantinople.
