A Dictionary of Greek and Roman biography and mythology

(Μυρωνιανός), of Amastris, a Greek writer of uncertain age, was the author of a work entitled Ἱστορικῶν ὁμοίων κεφάλαια. (D. L. 4.14, 5.36.) It is also cited by Diogenes under the title of Ἱστορικὰ κεφάλαια (10.3), and of Ὅμοια simply (1.115, 3.40, 4.8).
