2. A son of Lethus, grandson of Teutamus, and brother of Pylaeus, led a band of Pelasgian auxiliaries from Larissa to the assistance of the Trojans. While engaged in dragging away the body of Patroclus, he was slain by the Telamonian Ajax. (Hom. Il. 2.840, 17.288, &c.)
