2. A grammarian of Stratonicea, flourished in the reign of Hadrian. Suidas mentions several works of his, of which only one (περὶ μέτρων) is extant. It is said to be an extract from a larger work, and has been edited by Godfr. Hermann, Leipzig, 1812.
