(Κλέαρχος), an Athenian comic poet of the new comedy, whose time is unknown. Fragments are preserved from his Κιθαρῳδός (Athen. 10.426a., xiv. p. 623c.), Κορινθίοι (xiv. p. 613b.), Πάνδροσος (xiv. p. 642b.), and from a play, the title of which is unknown.
