      Stephanus of Byzantium, as the author of a work on Heracleia (<foreign xml:lang="grc">περὶ
       Ἠρακλείας</foreign>), which consisted of at least seven books. (Steph. Byz. <hi rend="ital">s. v.</hi>
      <foreign xml:lang="grc">Ὀλύμπη</foreign>.) If, as it appears, he is the same as the one
      mentioned by Athenaeus (vi. p. 263), he was a disciple of Aristophanes of Byzantium. (Comp.
